All of our Outsourcing assignments are managed “day-to-day” by a Sonreg Executive having extensive Cancer Registry Management experience and skill. In addition to daily operations, this strategy may require “turnaround” efforts relative to Survey Preparation, Cancer Committee Support and Staffing Development. These assignments have specific objectives relative to budget, quality and performance.
